But how many Danish companies would prefer no-paper job applications?

I agree. I think companies still believe that paper applications show that you’ve put an effort into it, as opposed to online resumés, or emailed applications.
Whether it’s paper or electronic, the application should be related to the specific situation, job and company, I think. It’s all about showing that you care…

I’m just so tired of calligraphy applications on 120g homemade paper. With perfume. Or other fancy smancy snazzy decoy stuff.
Unless, of course, this is what the job is all about ;-)
