Statistics Denmark: Hvor mange hedder…[DK]
Compared to last year there are 778 fewer males in Denmark with the name “Jørgen”. Down to 44.582.
“Christian” has experienced an increase by 293.
We are now 35.833 danes with that funky name.
One day the Jørgens will be extinct. I must find a gentle way to break the news for my father. What about this approach:
“Dad, once the world was ruled by dinosaurs. Big grey things with brains the size of walnuts. But they had to give place to the more clever mammals.” ?
Maybe I should leave out the meteoroid theory.

Kunne man forestille sig at din far ville klappe dig overbærende på hovedet og mumle noget i retning af ” Ja ja min søn. Som jeg altid har sagt, så er det de enfoldige der skal arve jorden”… :o)
